The perfect fit.......

Measure length of foot and chain to that length.
Row 1: Sc in second chain from hook and in each chain across, ch 1, turn.
Row 2: Sc across, inserting hook in back loop of row 1 and unworked loop of foundation chain; ch 1, turn.
Row 3: Sc across, inserting hook in back loop of row 2 and unworked loop of row 1; ch 1 turn.
Rows 4: Repeat row 3, inserting hook in back loop of the previous row and unworked loop of row below; ch1, turn.
Repeat row 4 until piece is measures a square.
Finish by gather one end for toe of slipper and sew 3/4 up.
Sew the other end 1/2 down and fold bottom up and sew it. (like a T)
